Information You Submit
A name or location entered into a search box passes to the third-party provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. An email or contact message is retained as needed to answer it and is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary server and analytics records may collect:
- IP address and timestamps
- browser name and version
- device type and operating system
- pages visited and time spent
- the referring site, when supplied
Cookies help measure site use. Browser controls can block them, although some features may then work differently.
How Data Is Used
Data supports operation and speed, routes a query to the selected search partner, shows which pages are useful, helps diagnose faults, and may support interest-based advertising.
Outside Websites
Links may lead to sheriff and jail pages, arrest feeds, corrections systems, courts, other government portals, and outside search tools. The destination’s privacy policy governs after a click. Advertising providers may measure activity across sites on their own systems.
Who May Receive Data
Personal data is not sold. It may be handled by search partners processing a query, analytics vendors, advertising networks, and law-enforcement or government bodies responding to a valid legal order.
Security Practices
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet-connected service can promise complete or breach-proof security.
Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask for a copy of personal data held, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain processing. These choices do not control records held by Dent County, Missouri agencies, courts, or search partners.
Notice Updates
This privacy notice may change as site practices or legal requirements change. A revised version takes effect when posted with its new effective date.
